Finch Organs
Westminster Presbyterian Church- Hattiesburg, MS
In 2009 Westminster Presbyterian Church embarked on the journey of expanding their growing church and music program with a newly aquired pipe organ. A large church in Hattiesburg was relocating and began negotiations with Westminster to acquire their 4-manual Kilgen-Reuter organ. After the purchase, Westminster began renovations in the chancel and transepts to recieve the new organ simultaneously with the process of removing the organ from the other church. David Finch who serviced both organs for a number of years was chosen to take on the large project. The organ was upgraded with a Peterson ICS 4000. After much time and hard work, the new organ was dedicated in 2010. Finch Organs was honored to be a part of this great project and work with the many gracious people at Westminster Presbyterian Church.
